This is not a brand-only role - it is about building a high-performing growth engine across channels and being accountable for the outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nGrowth Strategy & Pipeline Ownership\nOwn pipeline generation and marketing-attributed revenue targets end to end.\nBuild and execute a high-velocity, experiment-led growth strategy across paid, organic, and outbound channels.\nRapidly test, iterate, and double down on what works - and cut what does not.\nDemand Generation & Acquisition\nLaunch and scale performance marketing across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and lifecycle channels.\nBuild scalable acquisition channels that reduce CAC over time without sacrificing growth.\nCreate high-impact content that drives both demand and credibility in the market.\nPositioning & Messaging\nDevelop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that converts across channels and audiences.\nWork closely with the founder and product team to ensure consistent narrative and brand presence.\nSales Alignment & Analytics\nWork closely with sales to optimise funnel conversion and reduce sales cycle length.\nOwn marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI tracking end to end.\nMaintain clear visibility on CAC, LTV, and channel performance at all times.\nTeam & Resource Management\nBuild and manage external and internal resources to execute at speed and scale.\nSet the standard for marketing quality and performance across the company.\nQualifications & Experience\nEssential\n6-10+ years in marketing, with prior experience as the marketing lead at a high-growth startup.\nProven track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just leads or brand awareness.\nDeep expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance channels.\nStrong analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, conversion, and ROI.\nHighly hands-on - comfortable executing as well as leading.\nStrong bias for action and personal accountability.\nPreferred\nExperience in real estate, proptech, or SaaS platforms.\nExperience operating in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments where you have had to do more with less.\nFamiliarity with both B2B and B2C growth strategies.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nA predictable, scalable pipeline generation engine is in place within the first 3-6 months.\nClear CAC, LTV, and channel performance visibility across the business.\nMeasurable contribution to revenue growth that leadership can point to.\nStrong, well-aligned relationship between marketing, sales, and product.\nWho You Are\nRevenue-Obsessed\nYou care about pipeline and revenue, not vanity metrics.
