technical, project, and business requirements.\n\nDevelop digital and analogue circuits, including MCUs, power regulation, communication interfaces, and LED driver systems.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, assembly drawings, Gerbers, and engineering records.\n\nDevelop and debug firmware for microcontrollers and other programmable devices.\n\nDiagnose and resolve complex board-level issues, providing root cause analysis and design improvement recommendations.\n\nReview PCB layouts to ensure performance, manufacturability, EMC compliance, signal integrity, and reliability.\n\nSupport component selection, qualification, and lifecycle management, including alternatives for EOL and long lead-time parts.\n\nDrive products from concept to production and beyond, using PLM systems, applying DFM principles for mass manufacture, and proactively managing component obsolescence and EOL risks.\n\nDesign, test, and troubleshoot interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, RS232, and RS485.\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to take products from concept through validation and into production.\n\nContribute ideas that improve product performance, quality, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong understanding of analogue and digital circuit design, including MCUs, power regulation, communication interfaces, and embedded systems.\n\nHands-on experience with PCB design tools such as Altium, schematic capture, layout review, and technical documentation.\n\nExperience debugging complex electronic systems, performing board-level fault analysis, and identifying root causes.\n\nFamiliarity with high-speed measurement techniques, EMC compliance, signal integrity, and electronic design best practices.\n\nKnowledge of component selection, lifecycle management, and alternative sourcing for EOL and long lead-time components.\n\nExperience designing and troubleshooting interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, RS232, and RS485.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nQualifications\nDegree
