At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.\nPosition Summary\nDesign and develop Configurator Solution Models for gambling products using Oracle Configurator and related modules, as well as Agile PLM.\nEssential Job Functions:\nWork with Engineering, Project Management, Order Management, and Manufacturing to identify the product structure and business rules needed for configuring gambling products. This collaboration will take place for New Product Introductions (NPI) as well as enhancements to existing products.\n\nDesign the Oracle Configurator Guided Selling Questions/User Interface (UI), set up Option Classes for the Bill of Material (BOM) items, and write the appropriate rules needed to arrive at a customer-specific Bill of Material.\n\nUse Oracle’s Product Information Management (PIM) module, create Catalogs, Attribute Groups, and Display Formats in Configurator Instance.\n\nUse best practices in Oracle Configurator to reduce the number of rules required for ease of Solution Model maintenance.\n\nCreate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in Agile Product Lifecycle Management to create BOM for Pick to Order (PTO), and Assemble to Order (ATO) models and Option Classes. Transfer the BOM to Oracle ERP through Agile ECO implementation.\n\nTest Configurator output against the Engineering BOM to insure order accuracy.\n\nPublish the Configurator Solution Models as needed to support changes and updates.\n\nResolve Configurator problems identified by Order Management, Engineering, or Project Management.\n\nConduct Configurator Model demos to make sure the UI, and configured BOM are meeting requirements.\n\nPropose changes to our existing process to support fast and accurate Configurator Model development.\n\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical Discipline\nWork Experience:\n4 to 7 years in using Oracle E-business Suite\n\nExpert in using Oracle Configurator Module for developing, testing, and publishing Configurator Models.\n\nExperience in Oracle Inventory, Oracle Bill of Material, Oracle Order Management, and Oracle Product Information Management modules.\n\nExperience in using Agile PLM.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:\nDetailed knowledge of Item Master and Bill of Material concepts.\n\nStrong knowledge in the composition, implementation, and logical impact of Engineering Change Orders in Oracle Configurator.\n\nExpert in writing configurator rules including property based compatibility, logic, and statement rules.\n\nMust have strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nMust be detail oriented and well organized, with the ability to work independently.\n\nAbility to complete assigned tasks on time, meeting specifications.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
