interpret results, present findings and recommend changes as needed.\nActively contribute to building new reports, trackers, and databases related to compensation.\nConduct market analysis to assess and update salary ranges.\nPerform financial modeling and cost analysis for current and proposed total rewards programs and initiatives.\nAccountable for all C&B data for India and support for APAC.\nLiaises between the vendor & internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.\nPrepares C&B reports and trackers with accurate and up-to-date information to enable decision-making at a regular cadence.\nAssists in benefits programs review and administration to align with the Company’s rewards philosophy and local legislative requirements.\nTracks market intelligence/trends and conducts in-depth analysis to generate insights in an ongoing basis.\nProvides C&B advice on queries from business leaders and HR teams.\nAssists in ad hoc C&B projects and BAU and analysis globally and regionally as assigned.\nSupport in administering the Reward & Recognition Program\nEnsuring on-time delivery of data and approvals by comp on WD.\nExperience, Skills & Knowledge\nMust have experience of 5+ years in PC/compensation and benefits in prior roles.\nMust be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the compensation field.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills;
