This role will focus on visual development of slot games, including themes, characters, environments, and key design directions. The ideal candidate should have strong ideation skills, the ability to translate game concepts into compelling visuals, and the capability to guide the team in maintaining a strong and consistent art direction.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate concept art for characters, environments, symbols, and UI elements\nDevelop mood boards, style frames, and visual directions\nExplore multiple design variations and refine final direction\nEnsure alignment with gameplay and theme\nDefine and maintain art style and visual consistency\nCollaborate with designers, developers, and production teams\nMentor junior artists and provide feedback\nIterate quickly based on feedback and production constraints\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong experience in concept art for games\nExcellent understanding of composition, colour, lighting, and storytelling\nStrong proficiency in Photoshop and digital painting\nAbility to create quick sketches and high-quality renders\nUnderstanding of game art pipelines\nGood communication and teamwork skills\nExperience\n5-8 years of experience in concept art (gaming or iGaming preferred)\nStrong portfolio demonstrating ideation and final
