To learn more, visit lnw.com.\nWe are looking for an experienced and technically strong Partner Enablement Manager (Senior Integrations Engineer level) to join our EU integrations team, based in Greece.\nYou will take ownership of complex integration projects with leading game providers and online casino operators, playing a key role in driving delivery quality and setting the standard for how integrations are executed in the region.\nThis is a senior, customer-facing role that demands both deep technical capability and the interpersonal confidence to lead technical engagements independently. You will act as a subject matter expert within the team, contribute to process improvement, and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers.\nResponsibilities:\nLead end-to-end integration projects with external game providers and casino operators from scoping through to go-live\n\nOwn customer relationships during integration projects, serving as the primary technical point of contact\n\nFacilitate and lead technical workshops on integrating with the LnW Digital OGS platform\n\nReview and challenge business and technical requirements for integration projects\n\nLiaise with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, delivery, compliance) to resolve blockers and manage scope\n\nDrive analysis, testing and troubleshooting of integrated systems, including complex or escalated issues\n\nProvide 2nd level technical support and contribute to the resolution of integration incidents\n\nIdentify systemic process gaps and take initiative to propose and implement improvements\n\nContribute to team documentation, runbooks and knowledge sharing\n\nSupport and mentor junior engineers in the team\n\nQualifications\nThe candidate must-haves:\nProven experience in a systems integration or technical implementation role, ideally in a B2B or platform environment\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills - able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical conversations and drive decisions with customers and partners\n\nStrong analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex integration issues\n\nSolid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and web-based system architecture\n\nHands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments\n\nGood working knowledge of at least one Object-Oriented programming language\n\nExperience with integration testing, debugging tools and web inspection (e.g. browser dev tools, Postman)\n\nComfortable working independently and managing multiple concurrent integration workstreams\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in the online gaming or iGaming industry (knowledge of provider/operator ecosystem a strong plus)\n\nExperience with gaming platform APIs\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements across EU gaming markets\n\nExperience with distributed systems or SaaS platform integrations\n\nKnowledge of version control systems and basic CI/CD practices\n\nTechnical project management experience\n\nAdditional Information\nWhy would you enjoy working with us at Light & Wonder?\nCompetitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace.\n\nThe opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis and the possibility to switch teams and projects as you and our business continues to develop and grow.\n\nExciting projects with opportunities for creating positive change to our game engineering ecosystem.\n\nAnd if that is not enough;
