In this role, you willbe responsible forthe quality assurance of the end-to-end game journey, contributing to the creation of top-quality online slot games. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Studio team to deliver engaging and innovative gaming experiences.\nEssential Job Functions:\nEnsure that all game clients are working as intended through rigorous, detailed testing.\n\nVerify game functionality on a range of operating systems and mobile devices.\n\nBe the first line of defense in discovering andidentifyingfunctionality issues in the game.\n\nResponsible and accountable for QA sign offs to production.\n\nUse familiarity with standard QA processes to review bugs, test cases, and create documentation.\n\nDevelop,maintain, and execute test plans for game features and jurisdictional requirements.\n\nDocument,maintain, and track the status of all issues in the bug tracking database (JIRA) until issues are resolved.\n\nUtilize debug tools to diagnose, reproduce, andidentifyissues.\n\nWhen necessary, reproduce problems toassistsoftware development in resolving issues.\n\nCoach and share knowledge with junior QA members of the Studio.\n\nGenerate status reports, documentation, and other reports for supervisors.\n\nQualifications\nDegree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\n\nExperience:\n5-8years of professional software testing experiencerequired.\n\nQA experience in casino slot gaming is a plus.\n\nMobile device testing experience is a plus.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\nStrong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices, and ability to effectively troubleshoot web applications on computers and mobile devices.\n\nProficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle.\n\nAbility to juggle a variety of tasks, and work with complex problems.\n\nExperience within a highly collaborative environment working with various disciplines including engineering, design, and art.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nEfficiently regulate and prioritize tasks.\n\nExperience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA and add-ons).\n\nResults oriented, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.\n\nAbility to communicate and collaborate with other team members.\n\nAble to meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results.\n\nAdditional Information\nCompetitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace\n\nThe opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis\n\nTangible and genuine development - at Light & Wonder, you can take your career where you want it to go!\n\nAnd if that’s not enough;
