We strive to recruit the best talent in the industry and give employees opportunities for continuing education and training to help them advance in their careers.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsure Accuracy and Perfect Location KPI's \nMonitor inventory key performance indicators and recommends and coordinates needed actions to maintain them within required limits \nParticipate in master data integrity monitoring, reporting, and maintenance \nParticipate in mining data efforts and creating queries and reports related to inventory, including analysis of variations and discrepancies with cost impact \nFollow up on root cause discrepancies \nUtilize MRP reports to assess records and ensure variance explanations \nReview inventory levels and countermeasures according to specified KPIs \nDevelop inventory control procedures and best practices and audit operational processes and compliance procedures \nParticipate in inventory management projects related to inventory movement, slotting or segregation \nWork with Inventory Control team to oversee the “damage cases” process for returned products; includes tracking those inbounds and working with the warehouse employees to have cases re-boxed and put back into inventory in a timely manner \nVerify and update internal warehouse locations, Production locations, and external and 3PL warehouses \nProvide support to the operation for all other inventory needs \nMaintain master data in INFOR Syteline, transactions, and inventory movements to ensure accuracy \nParticipate in Materials meetings to review production schedule, inventory levels and identify any potential issues, report back to team \nMentor and train entry and mid-level positions such as cycle counters and others \nComply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams. \nProtect Chamberlain Group’s and Systems’ reputation by keeping information confidential. \nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies. \nContribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed. \n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Statistics preferable) \n3+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment \n3+ years experience managing inventory and cycle count programs \n3+ years experience in developing and implementing inventory processes, conducting compliance audits and working with participants to plan and implement corrective actions \nMedium knowledge of VBA - Excel, PowerBI or any other analytics tools \nAdvanced knowledge in Excel \nAbility to use an ERP/MRP system \nKnowledge of commodities relevant to Chamberlain Group's product line \n\nThe pay range for this position is $72,300.00 - $116,775.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
