What you'll be doing

Here's what a typical week looks like:

You call, email and post on LinkedIn to find new customers

You spot which companies need new dock levellers, an upgrade, a replacement or servicing

You speak to architects, developers, contractors and project managers, and book appointments for the field team

You check budget and timelines, so the field team walks into a solid meeting

You follow up fast on enquiries, campaigns and website leads

You keep the CRM up to date, so everyone knows what's going on

You track the competition and help with campaigns that put Easilift on the map

Requirements

Your place in the team

You're part of a small team where field sales and internal sales work closely together. Finding new customers is a joint effort, and you celebrate the wins together too. We offer flexible Working if that suits you.

What you bring

Experience in cold calling for sales, lead generation or customer contact

You're just as convincing with a project manager as with a busy buyer

You find your own ways to get in touch with new companies

You keep track, even with several conversations running at once

You've got the drive to keep going until the meeting is booked

You get as much energy from team wins as from hitting your own targets
