and identify the most relevant key decision-makers\n\nInitiate conversations with senior executives with high-volume outreach via phone, email, and social media\n\nGather insight on target accounts through conversations and effective questioning\n\nDocument information in Salesforce to form detailed and accurate account profiles\n\nInsightfully vet accounts against target criteria to distinguish productive vs. unproductive leads\n\nSet up introductory sales meetings for Loadsmart Account Executives with key decision makers at qualified accounts\n\nAdeptly articulate the value of Loadsmart’s digital solutions and constantly work on improving product knowledge and sales skills\n\nEstablish a working knowledge of Loadsmart’s business, including processes, operations, the competitive landscape, and remaining up-to-date on industry news\n\nParticipate as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales success.\n\nContinually upgrade the prospecting cadence and messaging by collaborating with your fellow SDR’s, account executives, and leaders\n\nYOU HAVE EXPERIENCE:\n1-2+ years direct sales or lead generation experience with a consistent track record of achieving quota\n\nProven experience with Salesforce, Apollo, and Sales Navigator\nExcellent communication, customer service and project management skills\n\nEnthusiasm and high degree of energy\n\nWillingness to work in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork oriented environment.\n\nAbility to work a hybrid schedule (2 days/ week onsite in Mexico City
