Check the last product contained in the vehicle for compatibility with the current loading operation.\nConduct a visual inspection of the railcar and/or truck to identify any defects or mechanical issues that may pose safety hazards or regulatory non-compliance. Ensure that the vehicle is safe to load before proceeding.\nWear all the required protective clothing and equipment, including respirators and fresh air equipment, as necessary to ensure personal safety during the product transfer process.\nConnect loading equipment and transfers according to established procedures, utilizing gauges, automated systems, or strapping tables as applicable.\nMonitor the weight of the product before and after transfer to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) certification requirements. Prevent outages or innages from exceeding specified limits.\nMaintain open communication with site leaders or supervisors, promptly reporting any problems or issues encountered during the loading process.\nSafely disconnect loading equipment from the railcar and/or truck upon completion of the transfer.
