You'll report to the Director of Accounting & Finance and connect our proprietary platform with our payment, CRM, spend management, and general ledger systems. You'll replace manual work with reliable automation and build the reporting leadership relies on. This is a full-time role.\nResponsibilities\nAutomation & Integrations\nBuild and maintain automated pipelines between our platform and the general ledger, with exception handling for unmatched records.\n\nAutomate Stripe and PayPal reconciliation, contractor payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and expense coding.\n\nImplement monitoring and data quality checks to prevent silent failures.\n\nReporting & Data\nBuild automated management and board reporting, including P&L by service line and unit economics.\n\nDesign the chart of accounts, transaction tagging, and a single source-of-truth data model structured for AI-powered analysis.\n\nPartner with Finance and cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement tools that reduce manual work.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n4-6+ years in a finance systems, RevOps, or FinOps engineering role, ideally at a high-growth startup or marketplace.\n\nStrong accounting fluency, including accruals, chart of accounts design, and revenue recognition.\n\nHands-on API integration experience with payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal.\n\nStrong SQL and data modeling skills, plus Python or Node.js and tools like Make or Zapier.\n\nA strong sense of ownership and the ability to build systems without a dedicated engineering team.\n\nA bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nNice to have: experience with NetSuite, Rillet, or similar GL platforms; HubSpot or Ramp integrations; Looker or Metabase dashboards.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation\n\nHealth & wellness coverage\n\nGenerous paid time off\n\n401(k) with 5% company match\n\nMonthly lifestyle stipends, employee recognition programs, and referral bonuses\n\nAbout LoadUp\nLoadUp is a tech-powered, on-demand junk removal and home services platform connecting individuals and businesses nationwide with vetted local providers.
