It's an exciting time to join an ambitious business.\nHelp shape the digital experience at Loaf\nWe're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join our Digital Experience team and play a key role in bringing the Loaf website to life. From launching new products and seasonal campaigns to improving the customer journey and identifying trading opportunities, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional online experience for our customers.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who loves the detail, enjoys solving problems, and is excited by the challenge of balancing creativity, customer experience and commercial performance.\nThis role is based in our Head Office at Ladbroke Grove (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).\nThe Job\nCampaigns & Product Launches\nOwn the delivery of website content for seasonal campaigns and new product launches.\n\nCoordinate with Marketing, Creative, Photography and Product teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to the highest standard.\n\nManage critical paths, ensuring content, assets and product data are accurate and ready for launch.\n\nWebsite Experience & Optimisation\nManage the website helpdesk, resolving content and user experience requests efficiently.\n\nConduct regular site reviews to identify opportunities to improve content, navigation and customer journeys.\n\nGather feedback from Stores, Trade and Customer Experience teams to continually enhance the website.\n\nSupport the delivery of our website roadmap, coordinating projects across multiple teams.\n\nTrading & Performance\nMonitor website performance, sales and key trading metrics.\n\nAttend weekly trading meetings and help identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue.\n\nWork closely with Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimise product merchandising, upselling and cross-selling.\n\nHelp maintain and improve on-site SEO through content optimisation.\n\nTechnology & Development\nCollaborate with our internal technology team and external development partners to deliver website improvements.\n\nSupport testing and deployment of UX and technical enhancements.\n\nWork with the Web Product Executive to investigate and resolve bugs and website issues.\n\nWe're looking for\n2+ years' experience in an ecommerce retail role.\n\nExperience across website content management, trading, CRO and SEO.\n\nA customer-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail.\n\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\n\nAnalytical and commercially minded, with confidence interpreting data and spotting opportunities.\n\nNaturally curious, collaborative and proactive.\n\nA problem-solver who enjoys identifying issues and finding practical solutions.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\n\nSome of our benefits:\n25 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year for 3 years, plus 8 days for bank holidays\n\nEnhanced family leave policy\n\nStaff and friends and family discount scheme\n\nHealthcare cash plan\n\nEAP programme\n\nShopping discounts\n\nCycle to work scheme\n\nHalf a day for Christmas shopping\n\nLife Assurance - 4 times annual salary\n\nWhat's it like working at Loaf?\nWe are a forward-thinking, friendly bunch committed to building a fabulous company with brilliant people.
