Our time to treat is 4x faster than the industry average, and our patient Net Promoter Score (NPS) is 99%.\nThe RoleThe Implementation Coordinator will contribute to the company’s growth and quality by launching new centers and ensuring a smooth opening process. This person will work closely with the Director of Implementation to open new centers, enabling our patients to receive best in class care. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across markets.\nLocation\nRemote + Travel (2-3 days / 3 weeks of the month)\n\nEST or CST timezone preferred; must live in close proximity to a major International airport \n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver new center openings in an efficient, scalable, and timely manner, from planning through project completion while meeting budgetary requirements\n\nMaintain the progress of each project timeline, milestone, dependencies and blockers\n\nEnsure all departments are aligned on deliverables, deadlines and readiness of requirement\n\nPartner with local market owners to launch a new center while aligning facility readiness, inventory/equipment set up and patient value around a shared goal and timeline\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Project Coordination, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience\n\n2-5 years of project management preferred\n\nStrong project coordination and communication skills\n\nAbility to build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors etc.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and similar tools\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization\n\nMust be able to life 25+lbs\n\nMust be able to be mobile and standing for 5-6 hours when completing a center set up\n\nThe Local Infusion WayLocal Infusion is a respectful upbeat team united by our mission of shaping the way specialty infusion care is delivered.
