Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm (PST), no working weekends!\nResponsibilities and Duties\nAfter completing a dedicated 6-8 week sales associate training program to master our products and systems , the Senior Sales Associate will take pre-qualified live call transfers and walk the prospective client through the sales cycle. You will introduce the value proposition to the prospect and offer the product best suited for their online marketing needs. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to mentor peers and sales associates to help achieve overall team goals.\nReceive 10-15 pre-qualified transfers per day \nFollow up on pipeline prospect and callbacks\nBuild rapport and engage prospects on Relevant Ads products\nUtilize email correspondence, client testimonials, and market statistics to build interest\nEffectively communicate appropriate rebuttals to all sales objections\nDiscuss online marketing needs and opportunities\nMentor peers and sales associates to achieve team goals\nAll Senior Sales Associates will begin their journey with a dedicated 2 week junior sales associate training program to thoroughly master our product offerings, systems, and core sales methodology. \nCompensation & Benefits:\nUNCAPPED commissions!\nBase hourly rates are tailored competitively based on your experience and aligned with your local market's economic cost of living\nOTE: $56,000 ~ $75,000 a year\nIncentives such as spiffs, prizes, contests, bonuses, etc.\nBusiness hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm (PST). No weekends!\nThis position is 100% remote\nFantastic benefits: medical, dental, paid time off and 401(k) (Note: International roles are compensated via base rate plus commission and are not eligible for the U.S. benefits package). \nRequirements:\nDemonstrates a proven sales acumen\nDemonstrates ability to communicate clearly over the phone\nMust be able to type minimum of 50 WPM\nMust have advanced computer and multi-tasking skills\nPossesses an understanding of online advertising sales and current online advertising trends\nQualifications and Skills\n2+ years of experience as a sales closer position in: Inside sales, telesales, and/or SAAS.\n1+ years of experience working in a remote environment\nProven success in closing accounts and breaking sales records\nGood communication and organizational skills, outgoing and ambitious\nSelf-starter, student mentally, detail oriented and punctual\nDemonstrate integrity in interactions with clients and coworkers\nDisplay a mature, professional and positive demeanor\nDemonstrate our core values when handling confidential client information\nStrive to meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics and goals\nPreferred:\n5+ years of sales experience in a sales closer position\n3+ years of experience working in a remote environment\nExtensive knowledge of major search engines and search engine optimization\nGoogle Ads Certified\n Local Splash is an equal opportunity employer.
