You will report to the VP of Sales, based in our Milan office.\nYOUR ROLE\nThis internship is a great opportunity to discover the world of digital advertising and develop your sales skills within an international AdTech company.\n1) Business Development\nSupport the team in identifying and developing new business opportunities.\n\nHelp build and grow a portfolio of prospective clients.\n\nAssist in scheduling meetings with agencies and brand decision-makers.\n\nContribute to maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.\n\nWork closely with the sales team to ensure excellent client support.\n\n2) Sales Support\nParticipate in meetings with brands and agencies alongside the sales team.\n\nHelp demonstrate the value of Locala’s technology and solutions.\n\nSupport the sales cycle from lead generation to renewal.\n\nCollaborate with Account Management and Trading teams on upsell opportunities.\n\nAssist in creating tailored digital strategies for clients.\n\nDevelop presentation and negotiation skills through hands-on experience.\n\n3) Reporting\nKeep Salesforce data updated and organized.\n\nSupport weekly pipeline reporting for the team and management.\n\nHelp track business opportunities and key sales metrics.\n\n4) CRM & Client Relations\nMaintain regular contact with clients and prospects.\n\nSupport account forecasting through our CRM tools.\n\nAssist in organizing client events and ROI-focused networking activities.\n\nYOUR PROFILE\nPrevious experience is a plus, but this internship is above all an opportunity to learn so don’t hesitate to apply!\n\nGood understanding of how digital marketing works\n\nHands-on and doer - at Locala we build our own future together\n\nCreative and proactive\n\nSelf-starter - ability to self-motivate and establish new business.\n\nItalian fluent and able to exchange in English\n\nDemonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.\n\nAt Locala, we are committed to diverse and inclusive hiring and to promoting equal opportunities throughout our processes and beyond.
