For candidates based in New York, the expectation is 2-3 days in the office.\nYOUR ROLE:\nThe Sales Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales, East. Your responsibilities will include:\n1. Business development:\nDevelop new business and build a portfolio of new clients within the X territory\n\nSchedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers.\n\nMeet and exceed pre-determined Quarterly Sales Goals.\n\nEnsure 100% customer satisfaction and retention.\n\nAct as a team player and client advocate at all times.\n\n2. Sales:\nMeet with key brand decision-makers and agencies to prove benefit of Ask Locala’s technology over competition or current solutions.\n\nOwn the sales cycle - from lead generation, closure, and renewal.\n\nMeet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.\n\nCollaborate with account management and trading teams to upsell clients.\n\nMust have strong negotiation skills.\n\n3. Reporting:\nMaintain an up-to-date Salesforce profile - Salesforce proficiency a plus.\n\nWeekly pipeline updates shared with Team and Management.\n\n4. CRM:\nBe present and in touch with clients on regular basis.\n\nMaintain account and opportunity forecasting with our CRM.\n\nOrganize ROI focused entertainment activities.\n\nYOUR PROFILE:\nUndergraduate degree required.\n\n4-5 years of experience at an ad agency, publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or other online advertising roles -- mobile advertising a plus.\n\nEstablished relationships with advertising agencies or brands is a must.\n\nSuperior professionalism and business acumen.\n\nSolution oriented.\n\nSelf-starter -
