Be ready to focus on manual testing when needed, such as checking key user journeys before an important release.\n\nMaintain a high standard of testing, report defects to the team, help prioritise them, and follow them through to resolution.\n\nSupport junior team members in their development and guide them in creating clear, well-structured test cases.\n\nKeep developing your testing skills development\n\nExperience testing mobile applications on Android and/or iOS.\n\nHands-on experience with Appium and Python.\n\nSkilled in API test automation and CI/CD for systems and infrastructure\n\nA curious, analytical mindset and the ability to think beyond the obvious when designing test scenarios.\n\nFlexibility to balance automation with hands-on manual testing as project needs change.\n\nExperience working with tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.\n\nThe ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate with the team.\n\nYou can communicate fluently about technical solutions and write clear, well-structured documentation in English.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience building or improving test automation frameworks and QA
