In 2025 we almost doubled in size and continue to grow across all areas in 2026.\nLocalStack is headquartered in Zurich/Switzerland , with a small engineering office in Vienna/Austria and remote team members from 25 countries including the US, FR, UK, CA, ES, and many more!\nCheck our Notion Candidate Handbook and our GitHub!\nWhat you will be working on/responsible for\nMaintain GRR >90% across their book, with renewals forecast accurately and risks flagged and addressed well ahead of renewal.\n\nTake on a full book of accounts and onboard new customers quickly, so the team has capacity to support both new and existing customers.\n\nMove customers from basic to advanced usage, such as CI integration and Cloud Pods, with LocalStack embedded in their engineering workflows.\n\nGrow accounts organically by identifying new teams and use cases, including Azure and Snowflake, and driving adoption of new product releases.\n\nRun each account with a clear success plan and work in step with the TAM, AE and Product, while helping refine our playbooks and KPIs.\n\nExperience we expect you to bring to the role\n5+ years in Customer Success or account management at a SaaS company, preferably in developer tooling or DevOps-focused SaaS, 2+ years managing enterprise clients\n\nExperience managing a book of 20-30 accounts, working with stakeholders from individual engineers to engineering managers and directors.\n\nHas led renewals through procurement end to end, including commercial terms, pricing conversations and negotiation, with a solid grasp of the commercial side of the role.\n\nTrack record of strong retention (e.g., GRR) and growing customer adoption.\n\nTechnically curious and able to engage credibly with engineering teams; familiar with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD workflows and developer tooling concepts (no coding required).\n\nUses AI tools such as Claude to accelerate the productivity in day-to-day work (without AI slop). Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, and open to piloting new AI and CS tooling as we evaluate it.\n\nExperience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
