Booked, kept, and led with a point of view\nLocal marketing guidance: budget, channel mix, local opportunity\nEnrollment and subscription adoption\nPatterns surfaced to the Account Director\nHow you will be measured\nLocal marketing performance across assigned brands. Completed calls against the schedule the brands require. Franchisee satisfaction. Subscription adoption and enrollment growth.\nWhat we are looking for\nHas advised independent business owners on marketing and can hold a performance conversation with an owner who did not ask for one\nUnderstands that a franchisee who never calls is a problem to solve rather than a quiet account\nWants to be measured on how a book of franchisees performs rather than on activity volume\nWhere you will work\nThis is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.\nCompensation and benefits\n$72,000 to $95,000 base depending on experience. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.\nMedical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match.
