As a 100% employee-owned company, your work helps shape our future and the future of the communities we serve.\nIf you are motivated by the chance to be part of a team that is building something meaningful, while developing your career and making an impact in Ohio, we would like to talk with you.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nSupporting project managers in the planning and execution of roadway design projects.\nAssisting in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.\nConducting engineering analysis and design for assigned projects.\nDesigning projects or project components and preparing project documents.\nApplying engineering techniques, methods, and design criteria to support project execution.\nCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals are met.\nPreparing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and specifications.\nCollaborating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.\nMay be involved in the mentorship and development of junior level staff.\nQualifications for this role:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain\n5+ years of progressive experience in roadway and highway design, including work on ODOT or local agency projects\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and support project delivery across multiple tasks\nExperience with MicroStation, OpenRoads required;
