management and strategic business development for water resources engineering services within Western Missouri and Kansas.\nDriving efforts to expand the water resources engineering services in the region.\nPursuing new business opportunities through relationships, professional organizations, etc. \nProviding leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for junior staff.\nGenerating project proposals and participating in project interviews in coordination with marketing staff and senior leadership.\nServing as a project manager on a variety of water resources projects.\nDeveloping project goals, scopes of work, and budgets to guide project activities.\nProducing high-quality deliverables and providing QC/QA.\nKeeping abreast of emerging trends in the industry.\nAs opportunities and demands present themselves, this role may perform other responsibilities related to the position. \nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a closely related field\nProfessional Engineer (PE) in Missouri and/or Kansas\nExtensive water resources engineering experience with a proven ability to lead projects and consistently deliver high-quality results\nStrong interest in driving client engagement and pursuing new business opportunities\nExcellent inter-personal and leadership
