Self-motivated and inspired, you thrive in an environment where you are empowered to work your craft, never settling for the bare minimum.\nThis position is in Palmdale, CA  Discover Palmdale.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelors degree required to apply\nExperience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing environment in process improvement \nAbility to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance prior to start per business requirements AND to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.\nDesired Skills\nSTEM degree preferred.\nExperience in liaison role supporting production activities and rapidly resolving constraints to minimize production impact.\nExperience supporting final assembly including collaborating with various disciplines to coordinate closeouts and system checkouts.\nExperience supporting vehicle systems installations & integration into a final product.\nExperience should include some combination of the following systems: electrical harness installation, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, propulsion systems, avionics, and related systems.\nExperience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.\nDemonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.\nSelf-starter with ability to operate with limited direction.\nPrevious experience with engineering releases and configuration change control.\nProficient working in 3D modelling software (CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, Nx), product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) programs (e.g. 3DX, Teamcenter, PDM, etc.), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) programs (iBASEt, SAP, etc.).\nActive Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
