You possess:\nA strong foundation in technical leadership, including AI/ML architecture, model development, evaluation, and deployment\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions across engineering teams and customer organizations\nA self-motivated and proactive approach to advancing innovative capabilities, with strong judgment and execution skills\nThe ability to work on-site at major Lockheed Martin facilities\nUS citizenship is required for this role\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline\nExperience developing machine-learning and deep-learning capabilities using one or more frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or Keras.\nExperience with Python and multiple libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, Scikit, Pandas, SciPy, etc.)\nExperience applying machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence to signal-processing or sensing applications, including one or more of radar, communications, electronic warfare, sonar, audio, biomedical sensing, or related domains.\nExperience providing technical leadership for AI-enabled capabilities across multiple customer programs, mission areas, or lines of business in a large enterprise, government, defense, intelligence, or comparable technical organization, including communicating technical approaches and results to stakeholders or customers.\nDesired Skills\nAdvanced degree in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, physics, or a related technical discipline\nExperience integrating AI/ML capabilities into mature, complex, mission-critical software systems\nExperience with RF, digital signal processing, and analog signal-processing fundamentals\nExperience with radar, communications, electronic warfare, sonar, or comparable sensing systems\nExperience applying AI/ML to IQ/sample-level processing, detection or emitter-level characterization, sensor fusion, and/or track-level classification problems\nExperience with multiple sensing modalities including passive and active radio frequency, EO/IR, Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), and state of the art novel sensing techniques\nExperience with model validation, reproducible experimentation, data and model versioning, automated test, and ML lifecycle practices.\nExperience preparing and presenting technical briefings for government customers\nExperience developing technical proposals, white papers, or technology roadmaps\nFamiliarity with software defined radios\nExperience with C++, Rust, and other compiled languages\nActive Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
