Standard Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Structural Mechanic with helicopter maintenance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of structural maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, basic repairs, heavy depot-level maintenance, and aircraft modifications. This position requires strong technical knowledge, precision, and adherence to FAA, DoD, and company standards. This position requires a significant amount of travel.
Troubleshoots, repairs and services aircraft and engine systems and may be responsible for inspection. Interprets and uses various test equipment and works from wiring diagrams and maintenance manuals. May maintain FAA required records, manuals, and inspection forms. May fuel and groom the aircraft. May perform aircraft maintenance. A&P license may be required. Oversees all inspections and maintenance on the Corporate aircraft to ensure adherence to FAA and manufacturers requirements and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or military aviation training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of structural mechanic experience on rotary-wing aircraft (military or civilian).
- Experience with depot-level maintenance and structural modifications highly desired.
- Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication, composite repairs, riveting, and structural assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of FAA, DoD, or OEM maintenance procedures and standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift, stand, and work in confined areas as required.
- Current Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred but not required.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $69400.00 - $128800.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
