Standard Job Description You will be the Assembler - MRSI Machine Operator for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control in Chelmsford, MA for our First shift. Our team is responsible for assembling, testing, and validating our microelectronic assemblies that support critical defense systems. What You Will Be Doing As the Assembler - MRSI Machine Operator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Fabricate and modify microwave modules with the MRSI machine. Install connectors, substrates, components, and modules in complex assemblies. Disassemble, assemble, rework, and repair pre-production sub-assemblies and systems. Performs fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine. Iinstallation of connectors, substrates, components and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing using paste and sheet epoxies. Performs disassembly, assembly, modification, rework and repair operations on various pre- production subassemblies, assemblies and complete systems that utilize integrated circuit technology.
