Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ years of experience in cable assembly, wire harness building, or related electronics manufacturing (or equivalent training).\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, wire lists, and assembly instructions.\nProficiency with hand tools (crimpers, strippers, soldering iron, cutters).\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a production environment.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions.\nDesired Skills\nProficiency with hand tools - Experience using wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, and soldering irons to accurately terminate and assemble cables.\nAbility to read technical drawings - Comfortable interpreting blueprints, wire lists, and work instructions to correctly build cable assemblies.\nStrong attention to detail - Ability to consistently produce clean, accurate workmanship with correct wire routing, terminations, and labeling.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $35600.00 - $66000.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
