Standard Job Description What does this role look like? Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Missile Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) Director for the Courtland Alabama Missile Assembly areas. This Director will be responsible to meet defined missile assembly schedules, coordinating required resources within the AI&T organization as well as integration and coordination across programs to ensure adherence to key program landmarks and deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of production and test operations while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This leader must possess strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing operational excellence with strategic business objectives to position the organization for long-term success.
