The construction, modification, calibration, and testing of electronic testing equipment on F-22 aircraft.\nMust be able to make complete operational test of avionics/electronics equipment and test equipment including major troubleshooting. Modifies electronic equipment as required by customer specifications.\nResponsible for complete operational check-out of at least one major production, prototype, new or modified electronic system prior to or after installation\non the airplane.\nDiagnoses malfunctioning and performs rework, repair, adjustment, replacement of parts indicated as necessary by results of the checks through use of volt ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, audio oscillators, frequency and power measuring equipment. pulse generators, and other special electronic test equipment, being guided by equipment instruction books, functional test specifications. In addition to checking sheets and/or verbal or written information furnished by Engineering. Modifies electronic equipment, test benches, and test equipment as required by customer specifications, by performing such operations as adding, relocating removing, or altering plugs, wires, relays, resistors, capacitors and other items used in electronic circuits.\nMust be able to work any shift.\nWeight restriction: Able to Lifvpush/pull/carry a minimum of 25 lbs.\nBody positioning: Able to twist bend (neck or waist) and stoop.\nAble to work in awkward positions as required.
