This role will lead a team in identifying growth opportunities, managing the opportunity pipeline, and fostering customer engagement to drive business expansion domestically and internationally.\nResponsibilities will include:\nStrategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the ACS market segmentinalignmentwithorganizationalobjectives.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, foster talent development, and drive high performance.\nOpportunity Management: Oversee the management of domestic and international opportunity pipeline, ensuring timely and effective capture of new business opportunities.\nCustomer Engagement: Develop and execute customer engagement plans to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and position ACS solutions effectively.\nNew Business Capture: Lead the new business capture process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational capabilities.\nDecision Making: Participate in New Business Fund (NBF) decision-making processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on market analysis and opportunity assessment.\nStakeholder Management: Act as the primary internal and external contact for ACS, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to optimize solutions and drive business success.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, and/or program management.\nExtensive understanding of Lockheed Martin win plan, capture process, and business development practices. Experience leading competitive pursuits.\nExperience supporting customer contact tracking, decision mapping, competitive intelligence and customer assessments.\nDemonstrated experience organizing and presenting data to senior/executive management and advanced communications skills.\nExperience in leveraging stakeholder functional organizations: Program Management, Engineering, Sustainment Operations, Contracts, Business Ventures/Offset, ITC and Legal.\nProven and current knowledge of DoD procurement environment and acquisition processes.\nExperience with New Opportunity identification and pipeline management.\nExperience making priority funding decisions, managing and executing budgets.\nDesired Skills\nPossess core knowledge of the ACS Portfolio\nUS and International Military flying related training\nPossess solid understanding of the Department of Defense budgeting and acquisition processes and ability to relate them to the Foreign Military Sales program\nDemonstrated ability to understand and interpret customers' needs and requirements and relate them back to programmatic processes\nStrong financial planning skills\nStrong decision-making ability\nDemonstrated customer relations skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies at multiple levels of business and government\nExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills\nTeam Player - effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives\nDeal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects \nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
