You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure capital projects align with organizational goals and deliver value.\nResponsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and presenting capital expenditure requests in alignment with the Dallas manufacturing annual capital portfolio\nCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure capital projects align with organizational goals and deliver value\nPlanning and forecasting the long-range capital plan for Dallas Manufacturing\nOverseeing the installation of machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets\nManages equipment installations, defining and communicating prioritized schedules.\nWorks hands-on with equipment vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.\nManages equipment service life contracts and capital activities for various pieces of equipment.\nManaging relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects\nAssisting in the execution and tracking of the capital budget for Dallas Manufacturing\nCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution\nPreparing progress reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.\nExperience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment.\nAbility to obtain a secret security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nKnowledge of Lockheed Martin manufacturing processes and equipment.\nFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement tools and principles; Green belt or higher certification.\nExcellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExperience with capital expenditure requests.\nExperience managing supplier relationships and overseeing equipment installations.\nExperience with Lockheed Martin capital planning and portfolio execution.\nProficient in SAP.\nCAM trained.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
