Our team ensures that every component used on Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control programs meets rigorous customer contract requirements and internal quality standards, from initial selection through final verification and failure analysis.\nWhat you will be Doing:\nAs the Component Engineer you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of EEEE components-selecting, qualifying, testing, and troubleshooting parts while driving documentation, supplier coordination, and issue resolution across the program. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience in Component Engineering or component-related experience with Bachelors degree.\nStrong communication and technical writing skills with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with customers and cross-functional teammates.\nDemonstrated knowledge of electrical component parameters and packaging.\nKnowledge of component engineering obsolescence tools (Silicon Expert, IHS BOM Intelligence).\nProficient with product lifecycle tools such as Windchill PLM or agile or Teamcenter,\nMust be a US Citizen, must possess interim or active secret DoD security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nExperience in use of Siemens Expedition Tool.\nFamiliarity with military specifications and engineering requirements.\nExperience with EEE parts testing, failure analysis, and non-conformance resolution.\nKnowledge of circuit card and EEE Parts Material manufacturing processes.\nExperience in participating in major program milestone reviews such as PDR and CDR.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
