Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.\nOur team is responsible for maintaining product and system baselines, governing engineering change processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across engineering, quality, and supply chain functions.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Subcontractor Engineering Change Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating subcontractor proposed design changes, creating and tracking change requests in our product data management tools, and driving the configuration change board process. You’ll serve as the central liaison that translates technical impacts into actionable plans for engineering, supplier quality, and global supply chain partners.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAnalyze subcontractor engineering change proposals to assess impacts on product and system baselines.\nGenerate, submit, and maintain change requests within the product data management system (e.g., Teamcenter, ENOVIA).\nSet up and manage end to end change request workflows, ensuring all required reviews and approvals are captured.\nCoordinate with engineering, supplier quality, global supply chain, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues or gaps.\nPrepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for the subcontractor configuration change board.\nTrack and report change status, risks, and schedule impacts to senior leadership.\nContinuously improve change management processes and documentation standards.\nBasic Qualifications\n- Active Secret Clearance with 5-year background investigation and the ability to gain Special Access Program (SAP) level access.\n- 4 Year college degree or equivalent experience. Must have experience with Life Cycle Product Data Management tools, specifically Windchill.\n- Must have Configuration Change Board (CCB) understanding including implementation activities.\n- Experience in reading engineering drawings and documentation.\n- Must have experience working closely with internal and external customer teams including subcontractors.\n- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Access)\nDesired Skills\n- Individual must be a self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.\n- Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and capable of creating status and tracking reports for senior leadership and customers.\n- Excellent written and oral communication skills.\n- Demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
