This role serves as the critical bridge between the business stakeholders and Data Product Engineering team, owning value identification, requirements gathering, the product roadmap, and delivery of business value through enterprise data products and common reporting solutions from concept through production.\nBeyond delivery, this role owns the ongoing lifecycle of its data products: you will define and communicate their value proposition, drive stakeholder adoption, and define & track the success metrics (such as adoption and usage) that demonstrate business impact. You will act as an internal advocate and product champion, selling their value, growing their usage, and steering their evolution based on stakeholder feedback and measured outcomes.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with enterprise customers to uncover, define, document, intake, and plan requirements, then collaborate with data architects and data engineers to build and scale data products. You will also lead related enterprise projects, including onboarding customers onto Databricks. You thrive in ambiguous environments, move quickly from concept to production, and are comfortable running stakeholder workshops, briefing senior leadership, and championing adoption of a product you've shipped. You will ensure that data solutions align with strategic objectives, deliver measurable business value, and support the broader OneLM (1LMX) transformation agenda.\nMust be a US citizen.\nBasic Qualifications\n- Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business value, and to translate that value into functional requirements while balancing a large number of competing priorities\n- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, enterprise wide software/data initiatives from concept through delivery, with a focus on product strategy, prioritization, and delivery\n- Demonstrated experience tracking and driving progress of technical products\n- Ability to evaluate quality of technical products to ensure they are ready for production deployment\n- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business value for business stakeholders and non-technical audiences, as well as the ability to bring business stakeholders into the development process as co-creators\nDesired Skills\n- Functional domain expertise in Program Performance Management (PPM), Model Based Engineering (MBE), or Global Business Development & Strategy (GBDS)\n- Strong business acumen combined with solid business analysis experience\n- Working knowledge of data products, data modeling, and modern data platform architectures, particularly Databricks\n- SAP, ERP, or other large enterprise systems background (helpful for grounding business terminology in real operational data)\n- Experience with Generative AI tools and their application to Data Product development and use in end-user consumption\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
