Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.\nOur facility in King of Prussia, PA has an immediate opportunity for alevel 3 Demand Manager and Supply Chain Analyst to join our mission supporting high visibility programs supporting the Gremlin Program.\nAs a Demand Manager & Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring material demand, supply, and production priorities stay aligned. You’ll partner across Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Planning, and Production to anticipate material needs, resolve supply constraints, and keep critical programs on schedule.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn material demand planning by translating engineering requirements into accurate ERP demand, need dates, and WBS assignments.\nServe as a key supply chain partner to programs, aligning material requirements with production schedules and business priorities.\nDrive material readiness by identifying shortages, prioritizing critical components, and partnering with Procurement to expedite supply.\nAnalyze demand, lead times, and supply risks to proactively identify constraints and support effective planning decisions.\nLead material status reviews with cross-functional teams, providing visibility into shortages, risks, priorities, and recovery actions.\nPartner with Program Planning and Finance to ensure material plans, schedules, WBS structures, and contract requirements remain aligned.\nResolve complex material and ERP issues, including costing, pegging, material master, and demand-related errors.\nCoordinate priority material movement through receiving, inspection, production orders, and other supply chain processes.\nSupport contract closeout and excess material analysis to ensure effective management and disposition of remaining inventory.\nWhat will make you successful:\nStrong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills\nExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities\nAbility to proactively identify risks and drive issues to resolution\nStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nComfortable taking ownership and working independently in a fast-paced environment\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience in SAP or ERP\nExperience in a production environment\nProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint\nMust be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance\nDesired Skills\nBachelors degree preferred\nActive Top Secret security clearance\n4+ years of prior demand management and/or supply chain management\nExperience engaging with cross functional teams including technicians, manufacturing engineers, process engineers, quality, production leads, supply chain process owners, and program engineering\nWorks well independently and as part of a team\nAbility to work well in a collaborative team environment\nDemonstrated experience communicating/briefing managers, employees, and customers to maintain a sustainable working relationship\nStrong analytical skills\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
