We are seeking a Development Program Manager to continue decades-long success developing avionics and platform hardware and software solutions to support our customers.\nTHE WORK\nThe Program Manager’s responsibilities will include leading internal and/or contract program cost, schedule, and technical performance with active risk and opportunity management process adherence, baseline activities, and CDRL Development, and will:\nPerform program management leadership activities in support of executing requirements relating to milestones and contractual deliveries including metric development, administration, best practice implementation, and presentation development.\nDevelop and negotiate proposal submissions, as well as informal ROM style cost and technical assessments.\nManage internal capital, new business, and overhead resources as appropriate\nWork with Functional Leadership and Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Work Package Managers to development accurate cost and schedule projections, and mitigate cost and schedule variances.\nWHO WE ARE\nLockheed Martin is a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security, dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology that supports mission readiness.
