A strong background in system integration and test is required for performing platform level Electromagnetic Compatibility Testing. A background in Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) including Radio Frequency (RF) systems, RF COSITE analysis, antenna systems and measurement, RF/Fiber optic cabling, antenna radome performance, system intra-operability, aircraft power systems, electromagnetic radiation hazard (EMRADHAZ), electrical wiring design and avionics hardware is desired. Oversee the electronmagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing of developmental and deployable systems or payloads onto various flight test fighter platforms. EMC design of flight test modification test procedures are required to ensure proper implementation. This role requires domestic travel.\nBasic Qualifications\nSTEM degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or Physics\nSystem integration testing experience\nDesired Skills\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal\nDesign concepts of system-level EMC testing with experience\nKnowledge of MIL-STD-461F/G, MIL-STD-464C/D\nBasic understanding of the Systems Engineering process\nAbility to multi-task and work with multiple teams on different concurrent projects\nExperience with Radio Frequency (RF) systems, RF COSITE analysis, antenna systems and RF measurement techniques, RF/Fiber optic cabling, and/or antenna radome performance\nExperience authoring documents using Microsoft Office products\nExperience in a flight test environment\nInterview Questions\nAnalytical Ability: Give an example of a time you identified a small problem and took action to fix it before it became a major problem.
