Our team is responsible for building precision electro-mechanical assemblies, harnesses, and circuit cards at the Archbald facility.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components and sub-assemblies while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nWork in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assemblies\nSupports the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards and miscellaneous assemblies\nDiligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs, performance targets and quality levels are met\nForm Components and hand or machine populate circuit cards\nAssembler would operate various equipment such as but not limited to Laser wire strippers, crimpers, pneumatic tools etc.\nPerform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts as assigned\nBuilding of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies, wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies\nSupports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities\nContribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirements\nWork to ESD Requirements\nUse hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture the product\nAbility to perform all jobs within work area\nAbility to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of time\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.\nAssist in the training of employees as assigned\nPerforms miscellaneous duties as assigned\nWhy Join Us\nThe ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in both team and solo environments.
