Our team is responsible for building precision electro-mechanical assemblies, performing complex circuit-card population, and executing conformal-coating processes.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Electro Mechanical Assembler Sr, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling high-precision components, and ensuring product quality on the shop floor.\nYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:\nPerform hand population of complex circuit cards and the soldering and touchup of new andexisting product.\nForm Components and hand or machine populate circuit cards.\nPerform detailed soldering operations on micro and sub miniature components and parts asassigned.\nBuilding of precision Electro Mechanical Assemblies, wiring of assemblies and sub assemblies.\nPerforms a variety of Conformal Coating Operations including but not limited to Printed WireBoards.\nOperate various equipment such as but not limited to selective soldermachine, wave solder machine, wash and coating equipment.\nSetting up and operating equipment to properly process PWB for theConformal Coating Process.\nPerforms manual spraying of circuit cards, including coating mixing and validation torequirements.\nPerform work while utilizing drawings, schematics, engineering documentation and models.\nComplete complex rework operations to written Engineering direction.\nAchieve the defined quality and HPU standards for assigned work.\nAbility to perform all jobs within work area.\nSupports continuous improvement activities and participates in problem solving activities.\nContribute to a safe working environment by following safety requirements.\nWork in a team or solo environment to assemble components and main assemblies.\nDiligently follow work instructions to ensure product specs, performance targets and qualitylevels are met.\nWork to ESD Requirements.\nUse hand tools, computers, and other equipment to manufacture the product.\nAbility to multi-task, sit or stand for extended periods of time.\nAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.\nPerforms miscellaneous duties as assigned.\nWhy Join Us\nWe offer a purpose-driven environment where your expertise directly contributes to mission-critical technology. Discover more about our Archbald, Pennsylvania location.\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh School diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of related electro-mechanical assemblyexperience.\nThe ability to interpret electro/mechanical assembly drawings and follow work instructions.\nAbility to make stencils for marking operations and properly apply required marking to printedwire boards and assemblies.\nWork independently with minimal input from Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor, or Groupleader.\nExperience using a variety hand tools and measuring devices.\nAbility to become certified in JSTSTD Coating.\nAbility to become certified in any required skills or processes.\nAbility to support a flexible work schedule supporting overtime, off-Fridays, weekends, and/or alternate shifts to support product schedules as required.\nAssist in the training of employees as assigned.\nDesired Skills\nPrevious Circuit card manufacturing experience.\nPrevious certification in industry standards.\nPay Information\nPay rate for this position is $23.58 - $29.43 per hour.\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
