Our team delivers precision engagement aerospace and defense systems, designing, building and fielding the electrical hardware that powers missiles, sensors and other mission critical subsystems for the United States and allied militaries.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nAs the Electro-Optical Engineer you will lead technical teams in concept development, detailed design, and production support of IR sensor products. You’ll act as the technical lead and project liaison, coordinating schedules, budgets, and earned-value tracking while presenting progress and results to internal stakeholders and external customers. You will also perform EO/IR modeling and analysis to verify that designs meet performance requirements.
