Your Mission is Ours.\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nConducts research and plans development and design of gas and solid state lasers, masers, infrared, and other light emitting and light sensitive devices. Designs electronic circuitry and optical components with specific characteristics to fit within specified mechanical limits and to perform according to specifications. May conduct application analysis to determine commercial, industrial, scientific, medical, military or other use for electro-optical devices.\nBasic Qualifications\nDemonstrated ability working with either Zuken/ Xpedition/ or Altium\nDemonstrated ability to do schematic capture\nDemonstrated ability to work with Printed Wiring Board (PWB) layout designers\nSome experience with Worst Case Circuit Analysis\nDesired Skills\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education\nFamiliarity with lasers, laser integration, and/or laser control\nTesting Printed Circuit Board (PCB)\nFabrication of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) \n3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice \nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
