And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\nJoin Our Team as an Avionics Worst Case Analysis Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.\nLocation : This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility at one of the Coolest places to work: Sunnyvale CA or Littleton, CO or King of Prussia PA\nKey Activities you will accomplish in this role:\nLead and contribute to the development lifecycle of aerospace hardware from concept through qualification, ensuring compliance with program and performance requirements.\nServe as a primary liaison with cross-functional peers, program management, and government customers to facilitate alignment, resolve technical issues, and support successful program delivery.\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation, effectively communicating complex engineering analyses, decisions, and recommendations to diverse audiences.\nConduct electrical worst-case and parts stress analyses to validate design margins, ensure reliability, and support compliance with safety and performance standards.\nCollaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate world-class avionics systems, leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver cutting-edge aerospace solutions.\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nA Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.\n5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nExperience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Circuit Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis).\nDesired Skills\nExperience with analog / power circuit Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA).\nExperience instructing and creating training materials for Worst Case Analysis and Electrical Parts Stress Analysis\nExperience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation, and Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE.\nExperience in schematic capture using Xpedition and/or Zuken or similar software.\nExperience performing failure Investigation\nDemonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors and customers.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.\nDemonstrated excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.\nAble to work effectively in a team environment.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $131100.00 - $243500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
