And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\nJoin Our Team as an Avionics Signal and Power Integrity Engineer where you will work on the development of a sophisticated state-of-the-art avionics product in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.\nLocation : This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility at one of the Coolest places to work: Sunnyvale CA or Littleton, CO or King of Prussia PA\nKey Activities you will accomplish in this role:\nLead and contribute to the development lifecycle of aerospace hardware from concept through qualification, ensuring compliance with program and performance requirements.\nServe as a primary liaison with cross-functional peers, program management, and government customers to facilitate alignment, resolve technical issues, and support successful program delivery.\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations and documentation, effectively communicating complex engineering analyses, decisions, and recommendations to diverse audiences.\nApply expert level knowledge of signal and power integrity concepts and experience to provide technical oversight of schematic design and PCB layout\nCollaborate within multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate world-class avionics systems, leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver cutting-edge aerospace solutions.\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nA Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.\n8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nExperience performing signal and power integrity design.\nExperience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Circuit Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis).\nDesired Skills\nExpert level knowledge of signal and power integrity concepts to provide technical oversight of schematic design and PCB layout.\nIn depth understanding of IBIS, IBIS AMI, s-parameters, and other signal and power integrity simulation models.\nCapable of recognizing possible causes and remedies for various signal integrity impairments identified in simulation results.\nExtensive experience with HyperLynx BoardSim, LineSim, and Advanced Solvers with respect to signal and power integrity simulations.\nExperience designing digital interfaces with excellent signal and power integrity from 5V LVCMOS signals to high-speed serial multi-Gbps channels.\nKnowledge of PDN design methods to optimize power delivery to digital ICs, including DC drop and Decoupling optimization.\nCapable of reviewing signal and power integrity analysis reports generated from various simulation tools including but not limited to HyperLynx, ADS, ANSYS, and Cadence Sigrity.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $116100.00 - $215700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
