Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a highly motivated Electronics Engineer to become a member of the Missile Systems Engineering & Integration Team.\nKey activities you will accomplish in this role:\nPerform investigation of hardware failure during acceptance testing at the part, CCA and package levels.\nApply circuit design and troubleshooting principles to develop new and improve existing electronics hardware.\nAssessment, troubleshooting and analysis of existing Avionics Hardware.\nPerform circuit simulation with tools such as ORCAD PSPICE\nCreate and maintain documents to include Electronic Drawings including Schematics, and other Avionics Hardware documentation.\nParticipate in technical reviews and audits.\nSupport all aspects of the avionics electronic package design, development, integration, test, and verification activities including requirement development and flow-down.\nWork with other Subject Matter Authorities to understand the hardware and systems.\nAssist with investigations and tests at customer and supplier sites.\nProvide technical leadership to a group of junior electronics engineers.\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.\nHave previous experience troubleshooting hardware using schematics, drawings or simulation tools.\nExperience in presentations and in written communication skills.\nHave experience or previous coursework using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, etc.).\n3+ years professional experience.\nWilling and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nExperience with circuit design, troubleshooting and / or circuit analysis.\nExperience performing failure investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System Level).\nWilling and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance which requires US Citizenship.\nDesired Skills\nExcellent teaming, communication, and leadership skills\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate Failure Analysis, complex design information, technical decisions and issues to both highly technical and non-technical reviewers.\nDemonstrated experience with design and/or analysis of PCB/PWB or Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA)\nDesign experience using any of the major tools such as Mentor, Cadence, Altium, or Zuken.\nExperience performing circuit modeling and analysis with tools such as ORCAD PSPICE\nExperience performing electronics analysis (Worst Case Analysis, Electrical Parts Stress Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Critical Analysis)\nAdaptable to new situations and demonstrate self-initiative in solving complex problem\nExperience or willingness to lead teams through challenging engineering and/or programmatic issues.\nAble to work effectively in a diverse team environment.\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.\nExperience on Space and/or Missile Defense Missions\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
