Electronics Engineer Stf (E4) is an individual contributor on the PaCE electronics box supporting the Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program. You will assist in completion of qualification followed by supporting hardware production and test. Work is performed under the direction of senior engineers and is focused on delivering hardware deliverables on schedule. This role blends production support, test failure support and End Item Data Package preparation for mission critical hardware.\nKey activities you will accomplish in this role:\nOversee the integration and test of PaCE test hardware\nProvide technical oversight for flight test operations\nDevelopment testing and hardware qualification\nDiscrepancy resolution\nFailure Investigation and Root Cause Corrective Action implementation\nParticipate in design reviews, Engineering Material Review Board (EMRB) hardware discrepancy decisions, and Failure Review Board (FRB) as required.\nResolve test anomalies through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nGeneration of End Item Data Package for Product Certification, and integration of assemblies into system.\nManage risk and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission success objectives.\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nExperience in development and production of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry.\nMaterial Review Board (MRB) experience.\nFamiliarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).\nExperience in launch vehicle or missile systems.\nSupporting electronics production including solving build and test issues\n5+ years’ professional experience\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:Researches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nExperience in development and production of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry.\nExperience supporting product acceptance testing and requirements verification.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance, thus a US Citizen.\nDesired Skills\nExperience in launch vehicle or missile systems.\nExperience as an Electronics Product Engineer in efforts to certify avionics hardware, and its interfaces to other systems, as ready for flight.\nSupporting electronics production including solving build and test issues\nProficiency with end item hardware development.\nFamiliarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).\nSupporting both system and subsystem integration test execution, including environmental and ground testing.\nHas demonstrated proficient presentation skills and associated presentation tools.\nKnowledge of subsystem/system requirements and process.\nMaterial Review Board (MRB) experience.\nAbility to interpret electrical and wiring schematics.\nElectrical troubleshooting skills.\nMentor Graphics, ORCAD, Zuken or comparable drawing package.\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
