You will need to live near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in King of Prussia (aka Valley Forge), PA. and are expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.\nWhat does this role look like?\nThe Electronics Engineer Stf is an individual contributor on the Reentry Avionics team supporting FBM. You will provide technical oversight across several different projects and integrate Avionics hardware and software in the test and manufacturing environments. This role blends electronics design, test support and production support for electronics systems.\nKey activities you will accomplish in this role:\nLead electronics systems development of new reentry bodies\nReview and approve detailed designs (grounding diagrams, fxn’l interface documents, block/wiring diagrams, test plans/procedures) and perform technical analyses (power analysis, worst case circuit analysis)\nParticipate in customer technical reviews, Engineering Material Review Board (EMRB) hardware discrepancy decisions, and Failure Review Board (FRB) as required\nInterface with production personnel and resolve as issues they arise\nResolve test anomalies through troubleshooting and root cause analysis\nProvide technical leadership to a group of junior electronics engineers across multiple projects on topics such as best design practices, analyses, and test methods\nManage risk and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission success objectives\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nExperience in design and testing of electronics hardware and comfortability using test equipment\n5+ yrs of professional engineering experience\nStrong troubleshooting skills with ability to develop complex solutions to complex problems\nStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers\nTo be able to work in a collaborative team environment and to build consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline\nExperience with Space flight electronic components and/or power distribution subsystems\nExperience in synthesizing requirements into electronics design at multiple assembly levels\nAbility and desire to obtain a Top Secret clearance which requires US Citizenship\nDesired Skills\nExperience supporting product acceptance testing and requirements verification\nExperience with failure investigation and root cause analysis (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.)\nPrevious or current Material Review Board (MRB), Certified Product Engineer (CPE) or equivalent responsible product engineer experience\nExperience in schematic capture using Zuken, Xpedition or similar tools\nExperience with SPICE or other electronics modeling/simulation tools\nExisting Secret clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
