You will need to live near our Lockheed Martin Space facility and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.\nKey activities you will accomplish in this role:\nWork on a cross-functional team in the development and certification of a supplier avionics product.\nParticipate in engineering reviews, Engineering Material Review Board (EMRB) hardware discrepancy decisions, and Failure Review Board (FRB) as required.\nResolve test anomalies through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.\nSupport generation of End Item Data Package for Product Certification, and integration of assemblies into next higher assembly.\nManage risk and identify mitigation plans to meet productivity, quality, cost, schedule, and mission success objectives.\nTo be effective in this role, you will need:\nExperience in a Responsible Engineer / Product Lead role for analog and digital electronics.\nExperience in design and testing of sensor electronics\nExperience design and testing high speed interfaces\nExperience design and testing low noise systems\nExperience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers.\nFamiliarity with other engineering processes, disciplines and Subject Matter Experts.\nFamiliarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).\nExperience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.\nExperience in different phases of aerospace electronic component development cycle.\nExperience interacting with peers, management and government customers.\nProficiency in presentations and in written communications.\n6+ years of professional experience.\nStandard Job Description\nResearches, designs, develops, and tests a variety of electronic equipment and systems, including radar and radiation detection equipment; radio, television and other communications equipment and systems; circuitry components; analog and digital computers; and control and test equipment.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nExperience in development of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry.\nExperience as a Responsible Engineer or technical lead of analog and/or digital electronics.\nDesired Skills\nExperience as an Electronics Product Engineer in efforts to certify avionics hardware, and its interfaces to other systems, as ready for flight.\nExperience in integration of electronics between the flight systems, MGSE, EGSE, processing equipment, test fixturing, and other external interfaces.\nExperience developing integration and test plans while supporting both system and subsystem integration test execution, including environmental and ground testing.\nProficient presentation skills and associated presentation tools.\nExperience in the design and manufacturing of CPU based systems\nKnowledge of subsystem/system requirements and process.\nSuccessfully tested multiple CCA types.\nMaterial Review Board (MRB) Certified in at least one Line of Business (LOB).\nAbility to interpret and create electrical schematics.\nExperience and missile/aerospace-related education/background.\nSystem performance monitoring and evaluation experience.\nElectrical troubleshooting skills.\nExperience with Test and Measurement Equipment .\nMentor Graphics, ORCAD, Zuken or comparable drawing package.\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $161300.00 - $299500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
