Insures the interface with customers, suppliers, application users, and other technical and support personnel.\nBasic Qualifications\nBasic Qualifications :\nMust currently hold an Active DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science. Other related degree field with significant software development experience\nExperience with embedded development using a real-time operating system\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex technical embedded software systems/programs\nProcess Improvement and Affordability experience\nSoftware engineering Management or Software engineering Team Lead experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract management and/or employee development and mentoring\nDesired Skills\nDesired skills :\nStrong software architecture and design experience.\nC/C++/Ada experience\nLinux/VxWorks experience\nDevSecOps experience (CI/CD, Git/Gitlab)\nAgile development (Scrum/Kanban)\nAbility to collaborate with multi-functional teams\nBasis of Estimate (BOE) development\nControl Account Manager (CAM) experience\nIn addition to meeting security clearance requirements, candidate may need to be approved to work Special Access Program (SAP) prior to start of employment\nEarned Value Management System (EVMS) experience including Agile EVMS\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nPrior Engineering Management\nProposal Development\nStrong business acumen, management influence and whole systems thinking\nStrong interpersonal skills\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
