This role will translate complex engineering concepts into actionable business cases, coordinate cross-functionally across multiple organizations, and deliver briefings/training to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of leading large meetings and improvement projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead large meetings and structured improvement activities (e.g., Energy Focus Reviews, LEED Analyses) to identify and implement efficiency opportunities\nDevelop and refine the Lockheed Martin Go Green program strategy, including stakeholder engagement and tactical planning\nAssess facilities infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, building management systems) for energy/water conservation opportunities\nPrepare financial business cases, including ROI, payback period, and cost analysis\nTranslate engineering and technical findings into clear, concise briefings for non-engineering executives and cross-functional teams\nInterface with Finance, EHS, Corporate Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Lockheed Martin Business Areas to coordinate implementation\nDevelop and deliver training on retrocommissioning, building automation, and sustainability metrics\nTrack, report, and communicate progress on energy/water reduction targets and program outcomes\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and interface with multiple organizations\nInterprets, recommends, and complies with environmental, health and safety regulations and/or company policies. Assists in planning for changes in physical facilities to meet new energy efficiency requirements. Finds, evaluates, and prepares for energy related focus reviews. Organizes and works with internal and external stakeholders. Updates and prepares metrics.. Prepares presentations for leadership.
