As a leader in national security, our innovative and diverse programs create a more secure future for Australia across space, air, land, sea, and cyber domains.\nResponsibilities\nElicit, analyse, and document business requirements.\nDevelop solution designs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.\nDefine test strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.\nSupport implementation activities, including unit testing and solution validation.\nInvestigate and resolve issues identified during software development, integration, and testing activities.\nContribute to the delivery of enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWork closely with Agile delivery teams to overcome project challenges and deliver successful outcomes.\nSupport and mentor junior analysts and development team members.\nEngage with stakeholders across logistics, supply chain, maintenance, and sustainment functions.\nTo be successful in the role, you’ll have\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nSignificant experience applying business analysis methodologies and techniques within complex enterprise environments.\nStrong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management.\nSignificant experience working within Agile/SCRUM software development and project delivery environments.\nProven experience working across multiple teams to achieve successful system and business outcomes.\nExcellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.\nStrong understanding of maintenance and service management processes.\nExperience supporting enterprise business applications within complex operational environments.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nNice to haves:\nExperience working within Defence, Aerospace, or highly regulated industries.\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft Dynamics application stack.\nUnderstanding of ERP financial concepts and business operations.\nExperience with SOX compliance and governance requirements.\nExperience with requirements-based testing and test management tools.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.\nExperience supporting large-scale ERP or business systems transformation initiatives.\nAbout Lockheed Martin\nLockheed Martin is a dynamic organisation, providing stimulating and challenging opportunities with a global team of over 122,000 professionals.
